Two men — identified as Josh Acosta, 21, from Fort Irwin and Frank Felix, 25, from Sun Valley — were arrested and an unnamed 17-year-old girl was detained Sunday morning in connection with a brutal triple homicide.

They are expected to be charged Monday morning.

17-year-old Katlynn Godwill Yost, who was previously listed as missing/at-risk, was also located and is unharmed.

At a Sunday afternoon press conference, Fullerton police identified the victims of the crime: Christopher Yost, 34, Jennifer Goodwill Yost, 39, and Arthur William Boucher, 28.  Christopher Yost and Jennifer Goodwill Yost were husband and wife. Boucher is described as a family friend.

The suspects and the victims knew each other. "This was not a random act of violence within the community," Sgt. Jon Radus with the Fullerton Police announced said during the press conference. "We do believe this was a specific home that was targeted by these suspects."

Radus said Katlynn Yost, who had gone missing after the crime, knew the suspects, but he couldn't confirm whether she was involved in a romantic relationship with either of the men.

The two younger children, who were at the house during the attack, are staying with relatives. Katlynn Yost  is their half-sister.

"This is a traumatic event not only for the community and the families involved but really for all of the citizens that live in the city of Fullerton," Radus said. "We hope that this does bring some closure, at least to the community knowing that the suspects are in custody, this is not a random act of violence and that the community is still safe."
