School's out for the summer, so we're taking a look at efforts to bring more arts to local students.

Access to arts education is written into the California state education code, but that’s not often enforced. So sometimes it’s up to teachers to get creative to find time, space and funds to bring students visual and performing arts themselves. We visit one Long Beach classroom where a teacher did exactly that.
